Terms of Service
Last updated September 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Full Page Screenshot browser extension and this website. By installing or using the extension you agree to them.
1. The service
Full Page Screenshot (the "Extension") is a browser extension published by Matt Stark, United States of America, that captures full-page screenshots of a tab you choose and lets you annotate and export them locally. It does a single thing: screenshots. It is not a recorder, cloud service or account-based product.
2. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Extension. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile or redistribute it, or remove attribution from it.
3. Free and Pro
Core capture, viewing and PNG export are free. Pro features — smart draw, arrows and text, blur and redaction, crop, undo and redo, capture history, and JPEG, WebP and PDF export — are unlocked with a Pro licence, offered at $29 per year or $39 once for lifetime access.
Paid checkout is not live yet. While it is in preview, Pro features can be unlocked free inside the extension, and that unlock may end when paid licensing launches.
4. Payment and refunds
Once purchasing is available, prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new purchases. Annual licences renew yearly until cancelled; a lifetime licence is a one-time payment covering the current major version and its updates. If the Extension does not work for you, email hello@mstark.co within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you capture. Only screenshot content you have the right to capture, and comply with the terms of the sites you use it on and with any applicable privacy, copyright and confidentiality laws. Do not use the Extension to capture other people's private information without permission.
6. Your content
Screenshots you capture are yours. They are processed and stored only on your device; we never receive, store or access them, and we claim no rights over them.
7. Availability and changes
The Extension is provided as-is and may be updated, changed or discontinued. Browsers restrict extensions from capturing internal pages such as chrome:// URLs and the Chrome Web Store; those limits are outside our control.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser. We may terminate a licence if these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state in which the publisher resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
