Full Page Screenshot collects no personal data of any kind. The extension has no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and it makes no network requests while running.
Who we are
Full Page Screenshot (the "Extension") is published by Matt Stark, United States of America. You can reach us at hello@mstark.co.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent or share any user data. Specifically, the Extension does not collect personally identifiable information, health information, financial information, authentication information, personal communications, location, web history, or user activity.
How your screenshots are handled
When you click the Extension icon and start a capture, the Extension scrolls the active tab, captures each visible portion, and stitches those images together inside your browser. Editing, annotation and export all happen locally on your device.
Finished captures are stored in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) so the editor can display them, up to a local space budget of roughly 2 GB, after which the oldest are removed automatically. This data never leaves your computer, and removing the Extension deletes it.
If you turn on auto-save, the Extension writes each finished capture to your Downloads folder or to a folder you pick yourself. It writes only to that location, and only files you captured. Nothing is uploaded.
Network activity
The Extension makes no network requests. It contains no analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting, no advertising and no remotely loaded or executed code. All code is contained in the package you install. Updates are delivered only by the Chrome Web Store.
Permissions and why they are needed
- activeTab / tabs — identify and capture the tab you explicitly choose to screenshot.
- scripting — inject the script that measures the page and steps the scroll position during capture.
- storage / unlimitedStorage — keep the stitched image and recent captures locally so the editor can open them.
- downloads — save the exported file when you click download.
- host permissions (all sites) — capturing and scrolling must work on whichever page you choose to capture. Nothing runs until you start a capture.
Children
The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and, because it collects no data, it gathers nothing from anyone regardless of age.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how data is handled will also be reflected in the Chrome Web Store listing.
